the blame game on the local AFM by the shop owner when I asked where the other 50 of the 10 blankets we reserved. “Our area manager didn’t bring us any”. That’s a lie. Being I was a former AFM and U-Haul dealer in Arizona. Truck wasn’t prepped during the last rental return. Dirty. Windows dirty. Had to wait forever for the clerk to enter our information in the computer. Odd being I should have been able to just go pick up the truck. 35 minutes later and a million questions (that I answered on line) we were able to get on the road. Then you have the balls to charge me extra when I returned the truck? Classy. I hope you enjoy your stellar google review. Won’t be renting a U-Haul again. You have enough competitors.
