The app/website was down. I tried to make a Rez over the phone and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I did speak with someone they seemed extremely busy while I explained I could e make a reservation on line and had to over the phone. I was rushed by the person taking my call and and they informed me to just come in. Whe. I did arrive on site I was again was told to wait another 10 minutes while there were no nother customers. Finally was addressed and set up a rental but the prices were gauged. Advertise e t on trucks say $25 a day when clerk said the price was not honored and it was $35 a day. A horrible experience and I will be me more inclined to go with any other competitor.

ANGELO Mthe blame game on the local AFM by the shop owner when I asked where the other 50 of the 10 blankets we reserved. “Our area manager didn’t bring us any”. That’s a lie. Being I was a former AFM and U-Haul dealer in Arizona. Truck wasn’t prepped during the last rental return. Dirty. Windows dirty. Had to wait forever for the clerk to enter our information in the computer. Odd being I should have been able to just go pick up the truck. 35 minutes later and a million questions (that I answered on line) we were able to get on the road. Then you have the balls to charge me extra when I returned the truck? Classy. I hope you enjoy your stellar google review. Won’t be renting a U-Haul again. You have enough competitors.
