Attendant was very nice and friendly but was not aware that I already signed in via the internet when I arrived to pick up. She asked for information that I already provided via the web sign in.

Jeff LExtremely helpful and accommodating personnel, thank you Vanessa! Original drop-off location was closed and in a "sketchy" area of Lancaster. Unsafe to leave the truck on a mixed residential/industrial area. Storage Solutions offered to accept the truck and acknowledged the other location was not suitable.
John WFor reasons we do not know, UHaul changed the location of return from my original reservation. We were not given any printed materials. Vanessa was wonderful at Storage Solution. She helped us get our drop off reassigned to her location (the original location we had reserved) and made that work. She was very helpful and friendly.
