The personnel at the location was great! The fact that there was only one person working at a smoke shop/U-Haul is un-expectable! The pickup transaction was basicly them verifying my reservation and giving me my invoice/contract. There needs to be someone there to walk the piece of equipment, assist with hook-up and wiring. The videos I was sent told me just how to do everything, however it is difficult to watch a video and do the process at the time. I would guess that most renters are not going to watch the video to begin with.
