This is an amazing store and I always enjoy the quality of service I receive when I’m here. The owner is a good guy and makes sure to offer a great experience when in a retail environment. He kept the equipment cleaned and had the truck parked in an accessible place that made it very easy to jump in and go.

Joseph KStore employee admitted to knowing the drivers side door didn’t work properly. The U-Haul wouldn’t reach 50 mph. I was told I’d be refunded then wasn’t. Aerial manager was messaged twice in regards to the matter and never called me back. I offered to pay for what gas usage I used out of the refund that I never got which is gracious considering fuel efficiency is minimal due to the condition of the truck. I do not recommend using the location.
