The gentleman that rented was fine but the truck was junk and needed to be recycled,I wasted my $$renting a piece of crap You t took all I had to keep on road. U-Haul can do better give me my money back terrible!!!!

The truck was very dirty and the back of it was not swept out. The front of it had mud everywhere I was quoted roughly and I knew it would be a little bit higher, but I was quoted about 60 bucks to go from that location to Waynesburg and back for 60 bucks it turned out to be 105 very bad experience. The trucks front end they need serious help on the front end of the truck. You couldn’t hardly hold it in the road and I had it back by 5 o’clock that day I rented it none of my whole day and still got charged $105.
JOHN THave the supplies on hand for customers that have pre ordered them. It’s incredibly difficult when you’re moving and needing the proper equipment to do so! Also, there was not much interaction about the rental, hardly any communication either. It was very disappointing.
Destany DU haul moved my requested location, but it looks like they comped me on the mileage for the distance we traveled out of the way. Thanks for that. The truck got the task done, I am guessing you know it makes a lot of mechanical noise at about 55 mph? Definitely keep the truck local, no long distance.
Montgomery EThe trailer didn’t have the correct plug for my truck. I had to go buy one. Also didn’t have a long enough connector for the lights. I had to go buy one.
