I was charged for insurance which I explicitly told him not to and then I texted him to extend it and he doesn't extend it enough so now I'm be charged more for over due
Meir FThey made the mistake of changing my reservation without my permission, gave the car to someone else using my information and charged me for it.
Esther KDolly was previous cut and never restrapped. Driving area of truck was never cleaned and had previous customers information in the dash area. Truck bed was never cleaned and smelt pretty bad. Possibly the worst truck I have borrowed. And insurance was added in billed to my account that I did not authorize.
Eric HNot the location's fault but although the u-haul looked overall clean there was a terrible odor which smelled like cat urine in the back of the truck
