RICHARD DI preordered the truck but the employees didn’t know that and they took a lot of time reading it while I was standing there! I also ordered boxes but there were none.
LINDA APick up and drop off was very easy and convenient. It was easy to make the reservation. The only problem was the floor in the front by driver’s and passenger seats were muddy. Other than that, I am vey happy with everything
