The vehicle was prepared for me, on time, and store check-out/check-in was simple. However, there were multiple circumstances that I was concerned about, during the whole experience. I am submitting this for improvement feedback. At check-out, I was not asked to sign the equipment contract and estimated charges, Instead, the clerk electronically signed for me, without my consent; this caused me to be uninformed of the terms & conditions, such as verifying the fuel level and fuel fees and it also means that I did not agree to the terms & conditions. The fuel level indicated on the trucks gauge was less than the fuel level indicated on the check-out contract; I was worried this was going to cause a dispute or an overcharge to me. Another issue was that the clerk asked me to park my personal vehicle on the street and not on their parking lot, the clerk said they reserve their parking lot for their customers; this was an issue because parking on the street was not available due to snow. Later, when dropping of rental and keys, the clerk did not check in the vehicle while I was there, leaving me uniformed of my final charges and not able to sign the receipt; I disliked this because of the uncertainty. Instead, the clerk told me that I will get a receipt once they checked the vehicle in, insinuating for me to leave without being present for the check-in and unable to confirm the charges. Additionally, the clerk signed the receipt for me, without my consent, which I do not agree with. Upon drop-off, I would have preferred to be informed of my total charges, as well as sign the receipt of my own will, but the clerk did not commence that. I was unsettled during this whole experience, due to these uncertainties. The right-side, rear-veiw mirror of the truck would not stay in place during driving; This caused multiple driving safety issues and increased my chances of a vehicle collision while lane merging.
