Dolly was previous cut and never restrapped. Driving area of truck was never cleaned and had previous customers information in the dash area. Truck bed was never cleaned and smelt pretty bad. Possibly the worst truck I have borrowed. And insurance was added in billed to my account that I did not authorize.

Not the location's fault but although the u-haul looked overall clean there was a terrible odor which smelled like cat urine in the back of the truck
