I put Yes for personnel, but no one was at the location when I dropped the truck off. So I really don't know if they are helpful or not, but I know the owner so I didn't want to ding them with a No.

TAMMRA FEverything about this location was perfect! Rick is extremely helpful and was more than willing to help with scheduling. The only thing I would recommend is that the U-Haul website update its online booking option so that you don't unknowingly book during a time when it's closed and cannot do mobile pick-up/check-in.
