The original location (New Beginnings Cleaning Service, 6028 Land O Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL) we booked at was junky & no one there and unreachable! Had to download app and text/chat with the U-Haul company and it took over an hour to switch to a different business location that was close. Very very frustrating and the original location needs taken off the website as a viable company for U-Haul! The 2nd company L3gacy was ok, but we had to wait for someone to get there and get us our truck. Location wasn’t manned. Very frustrating experience and I don’t think we will ever rent U-Haul again.
Donald Hthere is a one hour guaranteed $50 off. If you do not get your U-Haul. We waited over an hour. We were there for close to two hours trying to get the U-Haul. We were on the phone with U-Haul. The guy would never answer the phone. there was nobody at this location. His phone was going to voicemail. We had a one year-old in the car, crying and trying to make him feel better and there was nobody to even give us the keys. Nothing at all whatsoever. It was a nightmare!!!!
miranda bThe vehicle was on absolutely bone dry no gas when I arrived I had to immediately go get fuel. Also U-Haul reservation center double booked the vehicle that I requested so I had to find an alternate location for my requested vehicle
