I didn’t see anyone at the drop off location but the drop off key box is difficult to find.

It was hard to find in the dark, poor lighting, very difficult to park

George TOnce you complete the return through the app, you have to return the key to the box. There’s no visible box, you have to walk into an abandoned building into a storage room and place key in box that’s sitting on a table. Who knows that. Worst return process ever.
