Nobody around. Just drop off and leave. No inspection
George TOnce you complete the return through the app, you have to return the key to the box. There’s no visible box, you have to walk into an abandoned building into a storage room and place key in box that’s sitting on a table. Who knows that. Worst return process ever.
NORBERTO RNote this is an excellent review. I do have a confession to make first. I'm sorry to say that my expectations were fairly low, due to the location of the facility, since it is not prominently located and towards the back of a lot/yard. I rented there out of sheer convenience, we live almost directly across the road from it on the other side of HWY 41. That said, Ryan was great. Very informative and helpful in getting us setup and letting us know the process. The trucks all looked to be clean and well maintained Our particular vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and as I mentioned clean. We had no issues whatsoever with the vehicle (stuck doors/quirky ramp etc). We were very pleased and we would and have (already), told friends not to judge this store by its location. Definitely a hidden gem, and as mentioned, nothing but praise for Ryan and the help he provided to us. R
