Preferred location for pickup was changed. Preferred vehicle size was unavailable. Not enough furniture pads were available at the pickup location. Additional charge for gas, even though we only drove 14.9 miles and put in 2 gallons of gas upon dropoff.

PETER LVery smooth process, employees were polite and friendly
Brittany TTurning in the key was a nightmare! I was charged extra and returned the truck an hour before necessary. Trying to check out on line was impossible for me. If a renter is having trouble, the agent on line should be able to verbaly handle the problem instead on holding return up for a long time.
