We rented initially at a different place on 64/74 and Rutherfordton and he didn’t have the trailer for us cause it was not returned by the person who had it before so he contacted a place in Columbus North Carolina for us to go get we had to drive about 45 minutes we get there and they are closed. We couldn’t believe that Uhaul would not be notified that the company was closed for the week.! we called the main Uhaul line and they gave us this place in Landrum. We were thankful they had a trailer for us that we could be on our way. But it’s ridiculous that a place would be listed as open and that a trailer was available for us there. But when we get there and they’re closed.

Ernie GI did not interact with the people at this location bc I used the Dropbox & app. I am very disappointed in uhaul for CHANGING my drop off location in the app! Why would your company think it is okay to change the CONTRACTED drop off location? That is never okay! Luckily, I had already dropped the vehicle off early.
