It is unfair, dishonest and a total disgrace the kind of service you are providing. Neither you or the local takes accountability, this was my first and last time ever using your services and I gonna be sure to spread my discontent in social media since you are taking money which does not belong to you. Even with the evidence that you modified the amount of gas at pick up you are still not reimbursing me. Worst company ever, such a horrible experience.

Craig WI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent rental experience on April 27, 2025, from your Langley location 20618 Douglas Cres. I returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when I picked it up. Despite this, I was charged an additional fee for fuel. I have since sent three emails with photo evidence clearly showing that the fuel gauge was at the same level upon return, yet I have received no response or acknowledgment from your team. Furthermore, I have not been refunded the incorrect charge. This lack of communication and resolution is extremely disappointing, especially coming from a company of U-Haul's size and reputation.
