I booked a 20' truck on August 3rd for the 16th. I drove 9 hrs to get to my pick up location and got a phone call 1hr before getting there I was getting a 15' truck. Had I have known I would not have even left to go as I knew 15' was not big enough. I am not happy as now I have to make another trip to get the rest of my stuff. Double the gas and expense as it was a 9hr drive

Joseph DThe location was fine, but the reservation system was ridiculous. I was told after reserving a month beforehand that I may need to pick up a truck in Tacoma, Seattle or Kamloops. What if I did not have a passport? I am thankful this process is over and done with
