Staff was friendly and helpful. Trailer was fairly dirty on the inside, smudges on the wall, spills on the floor from the previous user that I easily wiped off myself

STEVEN HI just bought a new truck. It had a 17/16 ball on it. I grabbed my receiver from my other truck to put on. Of course at the u haul place, i went to put on my other receiver and it had locking pin. The guy (Bin?)at the u haul place had to heat up the nut with a torch to get the ball changed. Thank you buddy!
