This location needs to have free wifi to finish the process. There is limited cell service in the area and trying to rent the truck took over an hour. It was almost impossible to supply the information needed because of no cell service. I had to drive away from the location to get cell service, to get the lock box code to get the keys. There even was another person trying to do the same but they had the dame problem. If a location has limited cell service, it needs to offer wifi so the rental process can be finished

julio mPick-up took 45 minutes - and was very stressful - because the location was closed, and the mobile app would not let me pick up the truck. I had to talk to 4 different UHaul customer service representatives before someone was able to fix the problem. When I reserved the truck, I specifically had chosen a location that was open on Saturday. My reservation was changed to another location - without letting me know that that location would not be open.
Troy HREFUND MY MONEY BACK!! I did NOT rent and CANCELED!! UHAUL REFUND BACK PLEASE. LOCATION WAS FINE. I CANCELED AND NEED MY REFUND.
