I would like to say that the U-Haul at 18025 Torrance is just absolutely amazing. Shout out to the site manager Ron! Things started off a little rocky somehow the battery died and from there he took control and made sure we had everything that we needed. From start to finish everything was seamless and he made sure we were compensated for the minor inconvenience. Attentive above and beyond customer service was 100% satisfactory I would definitely recommend this for anybody and their family needing a truck for moving services.

Had to grind off lock on box truck. Wasn’t given a code and when I called customer service they couldn’t get the code right.
