How U-Haul Reviews Worknothing everything went great very nice crew
Karen AHe sent us to another location to have the trailers left side lights fixed as they didn’t work at all. We drove a mile with no lights. Cody at the other facility was wonderful as he rearranged his trailer schedule to give us one not picked up yet and have the one we had fixed for his customer. This set back did put us back 1.5 hours, and was very frustrating until we got another trailer. What’s the point of a guarantee pick up when the equipment is not in proper using condition.
Sherry DYour customer service is horrible. Your app is a fucking joke and not user friendly. There are discrepancies between the pick up time snd the locations opening time. My pickup up location was changed last minute. My drop off location was also changed to one farther away. Your app is not user friendly. You texted me a link to see where my new pick up location was and the link was broke.
