Your customer service is horrible. Your app is a fucking joke and not user friendly. There are discrepancies between the pick up time snd the locations opening time. My pickup up location was changed last minute. My drop off location was also changed to one farther away. Your app is not user friendly. You texted me a link to see where my new pick up location was and the link was broke.

The UHaul representative was excellent. He was very professional and ensured that my equipment was set to go when I left.
Kenneth Mfirst off, I reserved a 15ft truck in N. Lansing. then, I was redirected to potterville location because a 15 ft truck was not available at this location. I showed up in potterville and there was not a 15ft truck available there. so the owner said "we will get you a truck and deliver it to your address. well then, the dispatch called me and asked why I didn't pick up the rental and we don't offer that service. So, the owner in potterville lied to me about the delivery. I ended up with a 10ft truck instead. I wasn't offered anything for all the inconvenience. I wasted 4 hours trying to get a truck. you would think logistics would have had a handle on this problem. they didn't...not a happy customer
SAMUEL LI scheduled a counter pickup. When I got there they were closed. I hit a Ring doorbell and started talking to a man. That was one person. Then, Anthony called me and said he changed it this morning to a remote pickup. I was not notified of this. He then told me to get the key out of the lock box and take the truck. The truck that I was assigned to was hooked up to a car trailer that I had to take off. I did not know how to do that and struggled for about 15 minutes until a man came to help. Then we struggled for about 30 minutes and finally got the trailer off of the truck. Unfortunately this was a bad start to our 14 hour day. In addition to all of this the truck has a major leak in the exhaust and was extremely loud during the entire trip. I would not recommend this U-Haul location in the future.
Ron RWe were overcharged by 75 miles at $1.19 a mile. We never left Lansing/East Lansing and only had the truck for 3 hours most of that parked loading and unloading at dorms and storage areas. We went maybe 25 miles. We were charged for 100. I was in a hurry to make a plane in Detroit after moving my daughter out of her dorm and failed to take a picture of the odometer. Lesson learned.
