The trailer interior needed swept out and had liquid stains. The self inspection photos were when equipment was new and did not note existing damage to trailer. Also photos did not even show correct parts of trailer described. The office is really gross and unsanitary. It felt like I was in Juarez Mexico,

This location is extremely dirty. It is a hazardous area, what is worse is that there were very young children there in a very unsafe environment. Please be advised I will be contacting CYFD and OSHA regarding your facility.

My original contract was with the agent at 300 North Telshor. They called me the afternoon before pickup (when I was driving to Las Cruces) to tell me they could not be there to hookup at the desired time on 11/15/19. This did give me the opportunity to see that I needed a bigger trailer which led to the M&A Auto location via Central Scheduling on El Paseo. 6 x 12 trailer was a truely great experience.

We attempted to return a vehicle to this location first. The woman inspected it and came back talking about how we went 20 something miles over the miles. Then informed me they were charging me another day because the vehicle was "late". I told her I spoke to a woman on the 31st that changed the return time from 10am to 4pm and never stated that would be an extra charge. She called a corporate number while I watched children play in the filthiest room ever. She told the person on the phone that I was returning the truck late. I told her it was not late. She was condescending and talked down to me like I had no idea how to understand what she was saying. I heard her... she was just wrong. She tried to explain that they were trying to charge me the full amount of days because they had only charged me for 2 days. Wrong. I didn't pay nearly 300 dollars for two days. She was so rude and started explaining herself again even SLOWER. I wanted to RIP every piercing out of her face. She told us to go to another location On el Paseo and we were literally there for 6 minutes. No extra charges not trying to charge me twice for extra days... they were kind and courteous and quick. The location on picacho has NO business dealing with the public. Period. They're trying to scam customers into paying more. The location is filthy and the attitude leaves plenty to be desired.

Employee was nice and efficient but the facility was in disrepair. Old furniture and toys were piled up everywhere. The few seats were heavily stained. The equipment was in good shape and did well on our long drive.

This place was not a professional business like atmosphere, more like a daycare center with the owners child running allover & toys among other clutter everywhere & you'd think uhaul would let you know that the truck isn't equipped with cruise control but if you upgraded to the next size truck it does, I would have paid the extra money for sure!

This location is filthy. The office is so dirty and in the corner next to the desk is a porta-crib that is so dirty I was horrified to think a child would be placed in this crib. I will never return to this office and certainly won't recommend. Also we did all of the online processes for express check in and we still had to show all kinds of things to get the truck rented

There was absolutely no customer service- hooked up myself- lights weren't working and could not get someone to look at it. Took it to location at El Paseo and they were great. Looked at lights made sure they worked.

El Paseo location has stupid script they read to you. ( The average customer uses their rental truck for 8 hours. Is that what you had in mind.) NO, It's not. Left there and went to W. Picacho location. They are much more friendly.

I get the vibe that they purposefully look for reasons to ding or charge you. Had to buy insurance just in case even though the rental was for only a few hours.

Stop lying and saying the 100 dollar deductible will be given back to you then say you cant give it back, also when you rent for 4 days 710 miles and only have it for 2 days and drive 500 miles shouldnt you a as a customer be given back the difference..? But mention it to the manager and he will try to fight you...?

Beattie was a uhaul ANGEL! She was so thorough and checked on us 3 times, even though it was way after shop closing time. She helped us have the safest move across states. And we got to meet her kids who were delightful!!
