Hire more people to staff the 24/7 customer service line. I was stuck at this location for nearly an hour (in the Vegas heat – it was 95 degrees at 6 pm) trying to get the stupid u-haul app to register my location so I could pick up my truck. I downloaded the app at the pickup location because the link I was provided wasn't working, so the app was up to date. When I finally got through to someone who could help me, I then couldn't find the truck. I was in the area the app designated as the "truck staging area" and I searched all of the trucks I could find. None were the truck I was supposed to pick up. When I called back customer service, I was told that I was going to have to be put on hold again, which was frustrating. I was able to get someone on the line quicker than the first time, and while this was going on I did find the truck, inexplicably parked in front of the building and in such a way that it was not visible from the designated "truck staging area." This was all very stressful on top of an already stressful moving experience. I will not be using u-haul again.
