When we received the vehicle it was covered in bird poop and the windshield was filthy, the interior was not entirely cleaned because there was still a cup left behind. Otherwise the lady that helped at front desk was great. I hate to write a bad review but in the end I was being charged a cleaning fee (which may be with all rentals) but when I rented the vehicle there was cleaning going on
