We asked and rented for an appliance Dolley and there was not one inside of the rental. We need a refund for that.

No key drop available. They were closed already at my contracted drop off time. I was not provided a lock to be able lock the key in the back of the truck the representative from the 800# instructed me to come back the next day during posted open hours. I have been here for 1 hour to return the key and there is still no one here. I called the 800# again and that representative told me to drive to another location to drop the truck off, which is insane since yesterday my contract was completed the return was completed and I am not moving a truck that I am not contracted to be in. That is absolutely unacceptable. If I were to get pulled over I have no valid reason to drive that truck and the fact that your representative told me to do that is crazy. If I had returned this truck late you would be charging me for that. Instead I have gone out of my way to come back the next day to return the keys and there is no one here. I have been here for 1 1/2 hours now. Will never recommend you to anyone
