There is no Dropbox at this location to return the truck keys! Your mobile application explicitly states to “return truck keys in the dropbox slot.” Well, that would be nice if one actually existed. I had to drive around the building multiple times searching for this non-existent dropbox. Then I had to call U-haul customer service and let them know I would be leaving the key in the back of the truck. What kind of shady, poorly designed operation is this? I will not be returning to this location nor will I be using U-haul ever again. Such a poor experience.

There was never a furniture dolly in the vehicle although I paid for one. Also your app does not have a place to document damage inside to the cab when picking up the vehicle. I took pictures of cigarette burns that were there when I got in.

It rained and truck wipers were trashed. Also wished since you rent the truck for over 24hrs like I did , you weren't charged as much.

The location and the person in charge was helpful. The only problem was your online reservation. I wasn’t able to move my stuff cause i was sent to 3 different locations and wasted my time and gas. I was behind 2 hours. Not a good experience at all.

My first time after long long time to rent and I was not aware of the text messages system which indicates and guid to take pictures of gages and fill ... after done. I didn’t know and just parked the vehicle and dropped the key in after hour box. The next day, uhaul fid everything for me and texted me the receipt. Thanks and I appreciate it.

So my experience was good ,however the previous renter apparently smoked in the truck and it had a strong cigarette odor which I couldn't tolerate it was terrible other than that everything else was fine. I thought it was for prohibit to smoke in rentals.

Get you on line return thing fixed. Also answer your phone in a Saturday. I was on hold for 52 min and hung up your online thing kept giving me an error message and then you had the balls to charge me 20 bucks more for bringing it back,after the store closed. You lost me! Next weekend I need a truck,and it will not be a uhaul,
