Drop off location called me multiple times on 3rd day, asking me when I would return the truck. I told them I would return by the time shown on contract (It was a 4 day rental minimum). On the 4th day called me again multiple times asking when I would return the truck. They called my emergency contact multiple times to ask when I would return the truck. They lied and told my emergency contact it was a 3 day rental and that the truck was past due. Keep in mind, their constant calling was all done prior to the return time shown on the contract. I turned in truck before return time. I would avoid using U-haul, unless you and your emergency contact like being harassed with endless phone calls to get their truck back before the agreed upon rental period ends.

I rent a truck and the manager took very good care of me! She let me know the lunch break as I scheduled my pick up! I arrived the next day and thought the truck would be too small- she said they just had a larger one back and made it available to me! She also let me know closing times and how to drop off after closing!!
