Make sure when you tell the customer the fuel for the vehicle is full, that it is full. We drove only 10.4 miles and it took 4.794 gallons of fuel to fill the tank before returning it.

I was there to rent a van for a few hours.Called to reserve van,was at location 20 mins later.Spoke to Jeremy out the door and into less than 10 mins.Excellent service.

I filled out computer information to save time...nope. I had to show DL and the guy took time to re enter all information. Why did I bother to upload DL ?

I booked my pickup location close to my home, and then got an update that I needed to go to a different location. So I went to the updated location and the vehicle was not there. I went inside and asked for assistance and the individual inside said “I just wanna go home. Call the number. They have all the control.” I had already been charged for pickup. So I called the number and was told I needed to go to a different location. I had movers on the clock, and had to purchase a ride to the new location. I asked the service representative if there would be another charge on my card before the refund, she told me I would not be charged. Upon arrival to the new location, I was charged again. My initial $176 order, became 2 separate charges for $176, a $35 ride, and $100 for the hour lost with the moving company. My experience was awful. I will never use uhaul again. To start, this wasn’t the location I originally ordered the truck from. When arriving at the original location I was informed that the other client hadn’t dropped off the truck I had ordered. I was told they had up to 15 minutes to drop it off so I waited. After 15 minutes they advised that they weren’t getting a response from the other renter. I had to ask if they had another location which they did assist with. The van that I ended up getting smelled like cigarettes and also like someone had been living in it..... overall horrible experience.

The lady that got me set up was amazing and deserves a raise. Equipment was great. However when I tried to check in after hours it repeatedly told me it couldn't find my location and refused to check me in. I was charged an extra 20$. Manager stated he couldn't refund me because it was already done.

Was the personnel helpful? the answer is actually yes and no, the checkout guy set it up so I paid an extra $10 (not helpful) the check-in girl didn't know how to clear it(helpful but not effective). I was charged $5 for a dolly and $5 for pads I didn't use. So my review is I would not suggest Uhaul, I was overcharged $10 for items I did not request and did not use. The truck was scheduled for 7:30 am and was not ready when I tried to check-in via phone.

I attempted to rent a U-Haul via the mobile app at a location that was close and convenient for my move but was unable to complete the rental process due to a malfunction that did not allow for my license to be approved. I was told that I needed to go to an actual U-Hual location to have my ID verified. This is was frustrating because the location was much further than the intended pick-up location. It ended up increasing my rental expense significantly based on mileage. I was told that my mileage rate was locked in, but was still charged the full amount.

The steering wheel was dirty and slightly sticky, kind of gross with the current situation of the world. However, customer service was great and pick up/drop off was super easy and quick. Thank you-I will use you guys again, for sure!
