I had a difficult time with the combination lock the letter turn dials were hard to run and even with the correct combination the padlock would not open. On the positive side, the truck was clean easy to find and run in was easy and the gals in the office were courteous and pleasant!

SAMUEL JI rented a truck 11June25. It was approx. 105° outside and the truck DID NOT have AC. I believe the friend that rode with me suffered a mild heat stroke; she experienced nausea, numbness in both hands, a headache and had become dehydrated. It was vey scary as she is a 70 yr. young woman. This vehicle was a safety hazard and should be inspected/checked prior to being rented out. The staff at this location were awesome, very customer service oriented.
