Extra charges that were not within uhaul guidelines. Called immediately after seeing the added charges .. they pretended not to understand and then when pressed about why the extra charges the response was “this call is being recorded” I was happy when he said that so Uhaul could see just how horrible the service was. Instead of fighting I ended call and Uhaul took care of everything right away. SO MANY options stay away from this location.
