Location couldn't find my reservation to begin with. Then told me the van was at 1/4 gas when it was below E with the fuel light on. She wouldn't assist in any way. Terrible experience

I would rate the location higher except when I arrived at the original location, and waited 10 minutes, it was identified the truck I had rented was not available and had been extended to the other renters without an update in the system. I then had to go to another location to get a truck (after calling my wide to come back to take me there) and while the pick-up site employees did a great job, only 5 of the 6 furniture blankets were availabl (the employees modified my contract but i had to use my own resources for other blankets).
