The office was closed for lunch when we arrived for our 2:00 pm appointment. We needed to wait 10 minutes for the customer service rep. After the paperwork was completed , she gave us the keys and told us the truck was the little one. There was no walk around inspection or escort to the truck. On return we went to the office, turned in the keys, and left with the paperwork. Again no walk around inspection. Feel there could have been better service done to protect the company and the customer.

HONGANH NSystem was down. But processor kept people calm, and situated, and did the best he could solo. There should be better backup for employees, and if there is a system failure.
