I would like to recognize Ada at StorageOne for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with an issue involving our U-Haul truck. The driver's door could not be locked or unlocked with the key, which caused a significant inconvenience during our rental. Ada took the initiative to follow up with the U-Haul district office on our behalf. Thanks to her efforts, the Area Manager, Fredi, promptly reviewed the situation and authorized a refund for the inconvenience we experienced. I truly appreciate Ada, Fredi, and the entire team for taking this issue seriously and resolving it quickly. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference, and I am very grateful for their professionalism and dedication to helping their customers.
