The truck and service at the location was excellent!! The movers however were AWFUL!!!!! They bailed on the unload!! Said they got lost. The condo is 1.6 miles from the storage unit.

Check battery levels. But it never actually didn’t start just a few close calls. That said, staff was super nice and efficient and I got in and out in no time.

STEVEN WGreetings, she never told me that the truck did not have a pull out to use a rail to pull up in the truck. I rented one and did not use. The guys had to carry into the truck & off load my hand. I told her when I saw her when I returned the truck she a kid & a man entering the building that night when I returned the truck. She said oh that truck doesn’t have one and entered. I was charged. Bad customer service! She never walked me to the truck either when I came to pick it up. I asked if that truck that was outside by the gate was it & she said yes. B
EDRINNA MI had ordered a furniture dolly online but when I got there, they said they had none. This could have really jacked me up, especially on a Sunday when everyone else is closed. Fortunately, I was able to make do without it.
