We turned it in after hours and there were no staff but there were outside lights. Very helpful.

JOSEPH GArrived and was unable to access my vehicle. Took 30 minutes on the phone with somebody to do it manually. Something in their system wouldn't allow me to do it on my phone. Was supposed to have a appliance dolly but no dolly was in the truck. Had to drive back across town to a different U-Haul location to get the dolly. Then had to stop at a gas station to inflate the front right tire as it was low and a code on the dash. Alignment was off and kept pulling to the right. Location was easy to find but the whole pickup process was a nightmare.
Steven SLocation couldn't find my reservation to begin with. Then told me the van was at 1/4 gas when it was below E with the fuel light on. She wouldn't assist in any way. Terrible experience
