Super mad there was no ramp on the truck!!!! I feel like the website is misleading in that regard. There needs to be a warning about it. It made my move much Hardee than it should of been. I have always had a pull out ramp on all the past trucks I've rented. Lack of communication by uhaul!!!!! Will probably use a different rental company next time. I thought I paid a little more for better amenities, but I guess, not any more.

STEVEN SI did not like the self inspection process of the truck. Smart phone, taking pictures, etc. I would have preferred a walk around with u haul rep.
