Our reservation was changed from the original location, then we were notified this location didn't have blankets as requested we had to go to another store to get them. The person that helped us was friendly. The truck had a few issues with the front end shaking but I can't blame the location.

MARTHA RAbsolutely deplorable Uhaul experience. Your incompetence cost me undue stress and over $50 in additional Lyft services I shouldn't have needed. Will never ever be using Uhaul for a move again. I got jerked around on locations, the truck had mechanical issues, there was a discrepancy with the mileage, so many problems.
