Tell customers what is required for verification ahead of time. It is RIDICULOUS(!!!) that you would try to contact my employer for verification, or to require a photo to be physically taken at that moment of a lease agreement or passport without telling me to bring either. Or giving me a heads up you are going to call my friends - who serve no purpose for verification at all, whatsoever. This was absurd to deal with at all, let alone while I’m picking up a time based rental for a stressful event. This was absurd.
