ERIC HI made a reservation and when I arrived the van was ready to go. The contract and papereork was quick and easy I was in and out in 5 minutes. The customer service person was exceptional, knowledgeable, efficient and walked me through the after hours return process. I have rented many vans and trucks over the years and this U-Haul is right up there with the # 1 service I have ever received. The price was very competitive as well.
