Choose a new spot; the parking lot was small and compact to maneuver a truck in. The Vape shop had networking issues which prevented a smooth check in and resulted in my family waiting the parking lot for half an hour. The employees were friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed perturbed that the network was giving them a problem. I was also quoted a cheaper price via the agreement thru the app; and upon checking in my final price was more expensive than the originally quoted price.

Estella RU-haul changed my pickup location last minute over 20 miles away. Very sketchy location at a Vape Shopp. Truck was on total E. Because I had to drive further for pickup, it made me go 11 miles over. Location drop off in Gunnison Colorado would not take off the extra 11 miles and charged me. What a joke! I do not ever want to use U-haul again.
