I followed the steps to scan my driver's licence with confirmation that it was accepted but the software did not let me go further. So I had to have help storefront, they also had to call your support ...it made my experience stressful, it wasn't the storefronts fault...my departure was incredibly delayed to move my 84 year old mother who has anxiety in the first place. Please suggest the company debug the software for date of birth and recognition of an Ontario Canada licence as an International licence. Please respond with your next steps
