Roman GI returned my trailer at 3pm and they couldn’t process my return because their laptop wasn’t working. I had to call and remind them to process it. I still have not received a receipt for my records
Martin OTold us we would be charged extra since we were supposed to drop off in Amherstburg. We told him we had received a text and a call from u-haul telling us the location of our choice had no room.for the truck. He didn’t care to call and confirm anything for us.
Eric TPickup was great but drop off was unacceptable. Sat there for 45 mins trying to figure out kms to miles and had to call someone else to complete the transaction.
