Location 1, Manteca: They did not have the trailer I needed on site, so checked availability at other sites because I needed it that day. Location 2, Lathrop: When I picked up the trailer and did a thorough walk-around, the gentleman and labeled all dings without hesitation. Location 3, Walla Walla: When I went over to rent a hand truck for unloading, the site provided one gratis. p.s.: I retired from a customer support position.
