When I arrived at the designated time to pick up the moving truck, I was in and out of the office in 2 minutes. Seriously, 2 minutes! The paperwork was already printed out in advance. All I had to do was show my drivers license, give them my credit card, sign and drive. The key was handed to me and the truck was waiting outside next to where I parked my car. The return was even quicker. All I had to do was turn in the key. My invoice would be emailed to me. I love it! Fast and convenient.
