For the self-pick up, I didn't realize I would have to search for the vehicle. Also didn't realize there would be so many steps involved, such as taking pictures for certain steps. Maybe a self-serve kiosk would be better.

I rented a truck from here and the lock for the truck wouldnt' open. I called the location and the asnswering service told me they would call me back and they never did.

Inform associates of terms and policies better I had four people tell me different things about the rental I wanted to know simple questions and was misinformed when I returned the vehicle I was shocked by the charges because what I was told I would and wouldn't be charged for was completely wrong I spoke with the customer service people who gave me the different prices

The drop off experience was a problem because Kim was having a personal conversation with someone for 10 mins. When I asked her if she was working she told me no and to continue waiting for the other employee who was with customers, even though she was at the counter.
