Make sure the drop off location is what the customer wants. Yes I could have checked but I didn't know I had to. Not that I would have known the address for the location. What I do know is I told which city location I wanted to drop off in and still had to drive 20 miles away. Passing at least 3 uhaul locations. I was pissed. After a full day of working the least thing you want to do it go to a location and be turned away.

Some of the vehicles that I have rented in the past and recently have minor repair items needed, like broken visors, low tire pressure. Nothing major, overall great.

Gentleman who handled the rental was very professional; equipment, service and prices are very reasonable. Return experience was not that positive. The instructions for returning were not clear. I waited in a long line for almost 30 minutes before finding out that I had to wait next to my truck. The gentleman handling the return was not polite and could have been more professional. I agree that we did not know the return procedure but he could have been more understanding rather than being impolite to myself as well as another customer. With all the great service and convenient location you have, it would be nice to invest in some training on customer service. Please do not take any action against any employee, I feel that the fault lies with management in not providing proper training.

There's nothing this location can do to improve for the next customer. I rent tow dollies and auto transports / full car trailers and this location does me rite all the time. There's only one other location I use when this one doesn't have what I need available and if neither of the 2 have what I need I wait. I've had to many bad experiences where I'll go to pick up whatever I'm renting and they don't have it at othe locations. But this facility as well as the shipping place on 198 that has U-haul in it gets 10 stars from me for their outstanding service. These are the only 2 places I'll rent from. Derrick

The parking was limited yet I found a parking spot nearest to the store. People who return the trucks in the after hour, parked them in the middle of inspection station. Definitely will use U haul again and at this location. The hours are flexible you can even drop off before 7pm to make sure parking assistance available.

When I called Uhaul over the phone, the lady who spoke to me was really nice helpful and professional. She promised me that I will not be charged extra if I use their truck just for six hours. I was happy with her promise and decided to rent one knowing that my move is local. Then I went ahead and rented the truck at around 1235. Even if I returned the vehicle at 6 PM (which is still is less than the six-hour window I was given ), I ended up getting charged for something I don't even know. When I checked my card, I saw three separate charges: $3.00, $6.42, and $44.01. The last one is my actual bill, but only God knows what the first two are. I did not even bother calling the local office since I saw how the guy was upset when I turned down the insurance he was trying to sell it to me

When I picked up my van, I saw that there was a message indicating low pressure in the tires. I pointed this out to a staff person, who seemed to fill all the tires. But I continued to see the same message throughout the following day that there was low pressure in the tires. Visually, all 4 tires looked fine to me, so I did nothing about it and the trip turned out fine. Maybe the problem is the sensor in the van.
