The online check in process does not save time. Please review your process. I had to wait 15 minutes for my online agent. If I was in a hurry I would be upset. This is not the agents faults, but the process. Thanks.

Let them know beforehand that parking at the facility is limited. I had to park down the street and walk back to the location.

Yall need to allow for more mileage because the trip from rosedale to Elkridge is 27 miles. Then from there to the drop off location was 11miles. That's such a crook move when you are already paying 85 for the truck itself and filling up the gas. Was set up for failure with the allotment of only 30 miles

Called late on Saturday about 5:40 PM. Inquired about a tow dolly. They had one available. I got there about 6:15. When I got there I inquired about an auto transport trailer. They had one and it was only $10 more. Took care of the paper work and went outside to get hooked up. The 2 gentleman outside got me hooked up and on the way very quickly. I was on my way before by 6:30. Would rent from them again.

I arrived shortly after 5pm, to pick up my truck for my 5pm reservation. I was in the app and did something wrong, while standing at my reserved truck. I was trying to fix it but it was taking a while. I decided to go inside and all for help after almost 20 minutes on the app. My phone rings, I answer, staying outside until I finished my business call. I go in just before 5:30. The person helping at the counter, told me it would be easier for him to do it in his end and I should sign out of the app. He didn't tell me he'd be deleting my reservation, which caused me a lot of issues because I had things listed that I needed and couldn't remember everything on the fly. Then, he lied and told me my truck was given to someone else because I was late and I had to have the truck back by 3 instead of 5pm. I told him I was outside at the truck, and made a mistake. He then said that I should've come in to see for help! I told him I did come in, as I was walking in, I had a business call and had to take it, so it took me a few more minutes (mind you, I was logged into the mobile check in and in the process of it so the up to when I came in and her told her to log out). At that point, I was so frustrated that I felt like crying out just walking out. His attitude grew sarcastic and he was talking to me like I screwed up and I should've come in sooner! For God's sake, I was outside trying to find the email to click the link, sign in and maneuver through the app. His customer service was piss poor and I now realize that I would've been better off staying outside at my original truck, because he signed me a new one, remember, he lied and said my original reservation was given away, but I was at the truck going through the steps when I took the wrong pic, which delayed my mobile reservation to begin with. I struggled to get the appliance dolly in the truck, as I'm a very short woman, under 5ft. tall. Another worker did try to interject where he could because he could see the exchange going poorly. He was very nice. I was tired from, a long day of work going in, but left a bag of nerves, due to a young man, who appeared young enough to be my child begin to exude an even, yet unleashed tone towards me. But, c to go as far as to lie and say my reservation was given to someone else because I was not here by 5, just sent my blood pressure up! I got there about 5:10, yes. But, I was outside doing the mobile reservation! He needs more training in customer service. I won't recommend this location to anyone. I rented before and didn't have a bad experience at all. But, Friday was a much different experience.
