We needed a furniture dolly, which was on your website, we paid for it. When I called to confirm the day before they notified me there were no furniture dollies available and told me to call the other locations, which I did and none of them have them either. Ridiculous waste of time and energy. Remove it from your website if you don’t offer them.

Otunde is very rude and so is his assistant. The trucks were parked extremely close and when I asked for another truck that was clear, he told me I just need to climb over the seats. This office lacks professionalism and has extremely poor customer service.
JAMESE GService was very slow. I had a pickup at 9, the man did not open the location on time. I had to knock for him ro open the door and then he took a very long time. Luckily we were first in line because after knocking for a while he opened up because there were 5-8 people waiting.
Emily WThe location where I picked up the vehicle was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Their sign and the website said they close at 7pm. I got there at 6:40pm to pick up my 6:30pm reservation and the woman blatantly lied to my face saying we don't close @ 7pm we close at 6pm. I guess her husband rushed me inside because I had valid questions only to leave my registration and pick-up incomplete and just left saying we are closed and I have to go. They sped off and told me to call a 877 number which had a 45 min wait time. I didn't get my vehicle until 8:12pm. Totally unacceptable.
