Google said location was OPEN when it fact no one was at the location. I used the drop box for the key and everything turned out okay, but a location shouldn't come up as OPEN when in fact it is not open.

Had a flat tire on the double axle trailer when we picked it up. Rental agent gave us four quarters, told us to go pump it up and you will be fine. Tire was flat the next morning. Had to call U-Haul and they took care of getting a new tire installed.

JT Lalthough the address is given, would have been helpful to know there were two Southern Mini Storage locations with the U-Haul site a couple of hundred yards beyond the first, but, you can't see it for a tree line. tried to return the vehicle one evening but didn't know about the second site so drove it back home and tried again the next morning. was able to locate the second location that time but was charged an extra mileage fee due to the extra trip adding 5 miles
