ANTHONY KI am a regular U-Haul customer (several rentals per year), and you have changed the return procedure on the app to a long and complicated process with many photos. Because of all these new procedures, I inadvertently left the keys in the locked truck while taking exterior photos. When I called U-Haul customer service, a very unpleasant person told me it was entirely my fault and that I had to pay the cost to unlock the doors. For my next truck rental, which will be very soon, I will use a company with a simpler return process.

MAHFOUD BJe suis arrivé avant neuf heures et ils ne m’ont jamais envoyé le tutoriel pour prendre les clés du casier. Je suis entré dans la succursale et nous avons attendu environ une heure. Le camion n’était même pas prêt et le homme avait l’air de ne pas s’en soucier. Je ne referai plus appel à ce service.
