I had book at a different location but it was changed. More mileage to get to my office. Waited 45 min to get the key. The person barely spoke French and was whispering. Took 5 min to open a lockbox. Truck had several empty boxes and instead of taking them out, the employee fold them and put them behind the driver’s seat. This took 5 min. When booking I asked for 12 blankets that were not there. Had to find some as we were moving furnitures. It’´s a holiday in Quebec everything was closed. Use more mileage so was charge more. Horrible horrible experience. Was very disappointed.I will filed a complaint.
