Service très peu professionnel, il n’ont pas confirmé le retour de camion jusqu’à apres 72h alors que je pouvais faire l’inspection moi même s’il m’avait demandé!
IDIR D-Mentionnez au représentant d’être à l’heure (1heure de retard au bureau!) -Déneiger les camions avant de le remettre au client ( camion enneigé même si aucune tempête de neige dans la semaine) - présentez des excuses et rabais lorsque le service n’est pas à la hauteur attendue

JORGE LBefore moving your truck anyhow, make sure to remove all the snow in front because I was stuck for the first 20 minutes. Make sure to have some salt with you to put on the ice.
