I asked for furniture protectors they weren't in the truck. When I went back to return the truck I was standing there like a complete idiot. Woman at the counter was too involved listening to her music on her headphones yet she saw me when I walked in and didn't acknowledge my presence. Poor Customer service. I had to interrupt her while listening to her music to say I was returning the truck. That was the worst experience I've ever had with u haul. I will make sure not to ever use this particular location ever again. I will also be telling everyone I know not to use them. I'm matter of fact I might just ban u haul all together. This location can benefit from elevating the customer experience. It's not a charity we're paying customers so provode the service.

There was a long line and had a wait time of about 25mins. The person at the counter was very friendly, quick and did great job but another pair of hands would have helped us get moving faster. Was expecting to do it in 10 mins since i had done the check in online but did not expect big line. Thanks Ravi

Online reservation was great, convenient easy to navigate. Adrian was very professional. The wait for service was very long - despite a reservation - but once assisted everything went smoothly and quickly. Returning truck was very easy. The parking lot was too small for volume of traffic- difficult to park/ return any vehicles. However Adrian and staff were very adept and helpful with managing traffic!

I was treated extremely rude and threatened by asst manager Adrienne. Yelling at me saying that he didn't approve the rental and I better return it now or face police involvement court and jail time because he would report the van stolen all after paying for the rental.i am considering legal help with the treats made to me....He needs to be repremanded ....

They did not send me the final receipt for the bill after I returned the rental to U-Haul. Also the mileage rate is incorrectly billed for 0.69/mile. It should be 0.59/mile.

I had a cargo van and clearly the driver before me was smoking cigarettes in it. It was clean, but stinky. My clothes were stinking when I was done driving it. You should have a penalty for people who smoke inside the vehicle. That was gross.

The customer service rep I worked with went above & beyond in explaining me all the details. He was extremely helpful & friendly & I was so impressed with his service. I must say he was the best UHaul rep I've dealt with. There's only one set back which made the whole experienced imperfect. That is as I returned the truck sometime before midnight on the same day (01/11/17), I never received the final receipt of my bill until the next evening (01/12/17) after I made a phone call to this location requesting the final receipt. Don't know what happened, but this could have been avoided if the matter was handled properly. Thank you.
