The location I went to initially did not leave the code for the key so I was sent to another location where the 10” truck was not maintenanced so the lights were all on, the truck was beeping and saying shut off engine. We then had to get something smaller which was a cargo van. It took my partner and I nearly two hours to move the things we needed due to these issues.

I have several problems with my most recent reservation. And tbh, if anyone would have told me this story I wouldn't have believed it. This is wayy too many errors to happen all at once, to the same person. Not to mention the truck was filthy. It was late at night, raining and parked in mud. But let's start from the beginning. FIRST: when I went to pick up my initial reservation I got an error message on the app saying I needed to call uHaul. The lady I spoke to said my reservation was never made. Even though I got confirmation emails & you could see everything that I asked for on the app. So she said I would have to go to another location to get a truck. I had to get an Uber to a SECOND location. When I got there, we could not get the lockbox with the key to open. So I called back & spoke to a different person who said "we can switch you to the 15' truck at no additional cost." But when I got my invoice, I saw I was charged for the 15' and not 10' truck as promised. Also, the invoice stated the gas tank was 9/16 full. That is incorrect. I'm glad I took pictures with timestamps as proof there was well under a half-tank of gas in the truck I took. Maybe the 9/16 on the invoice was referring to the first 10' truck? I don't know. Final error is that my invoice does not reflect a $50 discount. I was told I would be getting that as part of uHaul's Reservation Guarantee. But that $50 was nowhere on my invoice.
